Bin service request

Due to an increased number of jobs, requests for bin services are currently taking approximately 10 working days to complete. This includes bin repairs, additional or upgraded bins, downgrade or removal of bins and the replacement of stolen or missing bins. Thank you for your patience.

Missing bin

The missing bin form is used to report a stolen or missing residential garbage, recycling or garden organics wheelie bin currently serviced by the ACT Government. If your bin is missing or has been stolen, a replacement bin will be provided free of charge.

The replacement bin will be delivered within 5 working days from the approval of this form. Please note that the replacement bin can only be delivered to an occupied residence.
