Fitness stations

You can exercise outdoors at the fitness stations located across Canberra in parks and open spaces. The equipment is free to use and includes sit up benches, chin-up bars and balance beams.

Many of the ACT's outdoor exercise spaces are located close to water refill stations. These are wheelchair accessible and equipped with 2 bottle refill nozzles as well as a drinking fountain. Some locations also include a dog drinking bowl.
