Street art and graffiti

Street art helps to create a vibrant, creative and inclusive city. It has the potential to bring colour, tell a story and inspire the community. The ACT Government provides opportunities for local artists by commissioning artwork across Canberra. There are also 30 legal graffiti practice sites in Canberra for artists to practice.

Unfortunately, some unauthorised and offensive graffiti does still occur. You can report this to Access Canberra on 13 22 81 or online at Fix My Street.
